a world of difference, never heard of oxalic acid -

Oxalic acid is a poisonous, colorless, organic acid that can cause severe damage to tissues.

It's found in plants and fungi, and is used as a pesticide to control honey bee mites. .. ... cool

I used to use citric acid but after turning my Penn trump quart into a shiny silver metal quart I switched over, seems more paint friendly

Looks great! Never heard of that stuff either, you find it more mild on colors? And more mild overall or do you think the Penn Trump was just that far gone or that mix too strong?

Looking for Michelin items + NJ oil company related items (Mohawk, Guardian, Whiz, etc) + animal-related petroliana + Gargoyle/Shell/Sinclair items

Think the paint wasn’t strong and maybe a bit too much acid, I followed Marks (RIP) recipe to a tee but peeled the paint right off
