Hi, Jeff. I have a very nice, original ECO Model 90 pedestal air meter available. It was a complete working unit when I purchased it some years back. I finally decided to disassemble it for painting awhile back, but I've now decided that it's not a must-keep item for me. The pedestal and cover are in excellent condition, never any rust. I stripped the paint and have primed them at this point. The air meter itself still has the original paint on it. Again, the air meter head is partially disassembled at this point. I did that to prepare for painting. It is NOT in a million pieces.
The price is $1,900, plus the shipping. I would likely use two boxes. Also, I can deliver this air meter to IOWA GAS in Des Moines, if that would save you the shipping cost.
