I can't imagine a fake having the correct mounting brackets as that one does, I'm going with real for that reason. No clue on the value.

No-$4000.00 to $5000.00-the small missing porcelain on tail legs knock it down a little. In the early 70's i sold one for $1000.00 that had a lot of porcelain missing on tail and legs-weak spot. Good luck! I assume it is real based on hangers,get more opinions.
