"remember" - "sacrificed for our freedom" 81 yrs. ago .. ...  Thanks for reminding us all, Randy. The successful invasion on D-Day and the operation that followed for several months truly did change the course of world history. Victory in W.W. II was no slam dunk leading up to the invasion. Thank you to the families of those who have lost a loved one in their service to our country at any point in time. And, thank you to every service member, both present and prior. John

Operation Overlord comprised of the Armies from the USA, Canada, Great Britain as well French Resistance fighters. DDay cost many brave young men their lives. They should all be praised and remembered.
I have been in Normandy and visited the Commonwealth and the American cemeteries. If that can't make your eyes tear up nothing will.
