wondering the value of this original Mobil white gas pump hose. The hose is 10' long

Looks like a upper lube 4 oz can that was cut and wrapped around the hose. My guess would be for a hand hold for wet days??
Cool but not original IMHO

My hose has a thin red line all the way up the full length. This is not a $100 hose

I sent the pictures to Tom Buckles. He says it is original hose. Worth between $800 and $1,000. My thinking was it is original. I am not selling it.
