Thank you. Looking for some missing parts and a good schematic. I need the pieces from the top of the cylinder up to the globe and the 12 rods on the side of cylinder. Do you know of any sites that might have this mfg?

Hi, Mike. Have you done a quick Google search for "antique gas pump parts for sale"? It's easy to help one's self on something this basic. Then, you'll know what you can buy in reproduction, and what you might have to find used. I'm sure some of the members here on Old Gas could have used parts available. There's a "Want to Buy" section of the forum specifically for that purpose. Good luck! John

These folks might have some resources- https://www.gasoilsigns.com/hays-clear-vision-gas-pumps-we-buyAnd remember that were/are different models that are similar, so won’t all be identical to mine.

Thank you John. We have actually been searching online for several days and none of the pictures looked anything like this one where the large ring meets the bottom of the cylinder. Now that we had someone message us the brand, we're on track.

You're welcome! If I could ask a favor of you, is the access door on your pump connected to the valve that is inside the pump? If so, or if there is any linkage still there, would you mind posting some pictures of it? Thanks

Thanks for doing that, I appreciate it. Looks like yours is set up to drain the tank at night differently than mine is. There are some remnants of linkage on my access door that I’m sure we re somehow connected that drain valve, just doesn’t look like your setup.

I like how they plumbed the drain back valve into the pipe, just cut a hole into and put a gasket between the valve and the pipe.

Thanks for the help. A guy i worked with that sold me the pump bought a property. This was in a building that is stuffed to the gills with stuff. As he has time to sort through everything, he's looking for more pieces of the pump but not sure if he'll find any. We're headed to Spring Carlisle in April. Have you ever been out here to the Hershey, PA swap meet in the fall? It's packed with a lot of pumps, parts, signs and old cars from the teens, 20s and 30s. What's that car in the background, lol. A Riviara? I have a 30 Ford sdn and I'm in the middle of a 32 3 window cpe build.

We don't go to any of the big shows, just not that in to them. The car is a 69 Grand Prix.
Is there anything attached to your access door(or look like there ever was) like the pieces on mine?
Hopefully your seller will come across more pieces of your pump.

No, we don't do many show anymore either. Just once in a while. We have fun just driving it. There are no marks at all on that door. Doesn't look like there ever was anything on it. I'm anxious to get started on it. Other than the missing parts, it's in pretty good shape.

My guess is Clear Vision visible. That access door, top and base are what made me make that assumption. Good luck with your restoration, looks great! Goober

Can you do me a favor? We're heading to Spring Carlisle Swap meet in April and I wondered if you could measure the diameter of your dome and the flat cylinder top piece. There are a few gas pump restorers there so I'll be looking for parts.
