OK, I'll jump in here with a variation:  Not sure if this is a MoPar item or not, but it reminds me of a MoPar item, with the colors, etc. The Safety Tested sign is 18" across The white stamp on the bottom area says Walker & Co Detroit I bought it as shown and it was NOS (with the chips) never mounted. It is single sided, the back a greyish color. I think the safety-tested sign is an Oldsmobile sign from the 40's. Traded one of those for a union oil bus bench sign. Is that the 36" version? Nice condition!!
