Hello, is there a member out there that has any experience at disassembling wayne 615 pump mechanism? Looking to open up mine and free it up. Currently stuck. Any tips and advice always well appreciated.

Yes, I have done this years ago (faded memory now). If I recall there were no special secrets to disassembly. You may have better luck getting responses if you tell us the problem or information you are looking for. Rust will require lots of penetrating fluid and time, or a torch for heat. Good luck.

I've done it several times. Lots of oil, heat and pounding wedges to separate the parts. On reassembly, you'll need to align some timing marks on the pump pistons and gear inside the pump but you'll figure that out. Disassembly is the hard part because of the rust. Use some grease or antisieze when reassembling.
