I could use some help to identify the make and model for the tank in the pic. Which pump does it belong to?? If a different angle is needed just let me know.

Judging by the sheet metal it’s a Wayne 529, or a 615. The visigage attached to cylinder (smaller glass cylinder) does not belong to the pump but has good value if sold separately.

From the pics I have seen on line, the 615 has 3 rods that link the base to the tank, similar to the sticks inside a teepee. These 3 rods are the skeleton supporting the tank. If this is a 615 tank, how would the 3 rods attach to the tank bottom? The 2 pics I will attach to this reply show the 3 rods, but I cant find any better pics that show the rods interacting with the tank base.

I was gifted this pump from my brother in-law, and unfortunately, I have no internals to work with. No piping, no rods, just a blank space in-between the two base skins. I can make what is needed, just need a blueprint to work from.

The Wayne 615 frame is made from three 3/4 inch pipes. The pipes are threaded on both ends with 3/4-14 straight threads. The pipes are held in place with pipe lock nuts through flanges in the base and jar bottom. About half way up the frame is a triangular support. The pic of your jar bottom does not have the pipe flanges for the frame. Here is a pic of that support and of my 615. Hope this helps.

The 3/4 inch pipes wont be an issue. I can thread them to 14 straight tpi, no issue. Doubt I can find the triangle shaped bracket, but I could produce something close. The plate that accepts the rods and mates to the tank is going to be the unicorn. That's the part I crudely circled in the pic. If someone has one for a Wayne 615, please consider letting me borrow it.
