 Shot with HP pstc3100 at 2007-08-18 1929 CONOCO MAP QUESTION ? WHAT WAS MARLAND DISTRIBUTION AREA ? I SEE THAT THEY MARKETED IN N.J. BY MAPPER'S BLOTTER AND MICHIGAN BY THE MARLAND MAP.

From what I have been able to find out, By 1926 the MARLAND owned or controlled 5,000 tank cars emblazoned with Marland Oil's red triangle, operated more than 600 service stations in the Midwest, and was marketing products in every state as well as in 17 foreign countries.

Wes, From what I can find about Nth Motor Oil:It used an attitive called Thialkene,a special oxidation inhibitor. It came out in 1941.. I think it was like to the Nth degree or the best or most?? Just a guess ..
