This is my first pump. I picked it up from a local guy. It is pretty complete and in good shape. Needs paint and polish but other than that it is all there. Now for the fun part! If anyone has these please send me pics. I would like to get some ideas.
I have the gas pump bug in a BIG way. I have been waiting for a buddy's grandmother's Bennett for 5 years. She won't give it up! She is 86 years old and still wants that pump, it has been sitting there (still hooked up) since they moved there in the 50's. I drive by and see it all the time! In So Cal that is a rare thing, there are no old pumps still stilling undiscovered. I guess since I have to keep waiting for that pump I will tinker with this one. After 5 years of waiting I had to scratch the itch!

Nice Wayne. You didn't get hurt at $200. It will make a good looking pump when restored. Good luck.

The 500/505 pumps are becoming very popular. The only thing that is hard to find for these pumps is the ad glass. I finished one in skychief that turned out very nice, but still cant find another skychief ad glass for it. Ryan

If I was not wearing Dwaine's magic pants I never would have gotten hooked on pumps. I knew I should have left magic pants to the big boys... I played with things I could not understand... now I am hooked!
It is all the pants fault... I just want my knees back!
What a far way to come since this post, in April I was stressed about spending $200 on a pump. Now I think I have around 20-21 pumps. Man, there needs to be a cure for this...

There is no cure my friend - It only goes into remission when your wallet demands it so. I think its my turn for the magic pants - dick can send your knees Priority mail ...LOL
