We are going to change this thread a little bit to try and make it better and get more participation. Since signs seems to get a lot of attention we are going to implement collectibles that also had signage used with them (example batteries, curb signs, oil racks, restroom signs, flange signs and motor oil advertisiing signs.

This week will be paperweights and next three weeks will be:

*Grease 1#,5#,10#,25#,35# and any signs with grease advertising.

*The week after that will be Batteries and any signs advertising batteries.

*Gas station attendants hats,uniforms etc....

Any feedback -/+ will be appreciated

This is from Western Oil and Fuel Co.(Husky)

Here is a Phillips 66 paper weight. Sorry guys bad selection of topic this week. Next week will be all sizes of grease cans and signs if their were any. The week after that will be batteries for cars as well as signs so get them photograped and ready to go.

This is a "cross over" collectable. It not only advertised the 1933-34 Chicago Worlds fair, but also Havoline Tower. This is a cast iron desk paper weight thermometer.
