Looks like a Ford 9" with the desireable "war" carrier that has extra strengthening ribs. We used to change pigs in 12 minutes!
The pump is pretty cool too. Haha.

straight off the farm! mobil signs dated 47. farmer said he bought the farm w/pump on it in the spring of 1949. never once did anyone ever offer to buy the thing! it sat right there where the road ended! (I knocked on the door & owned it)
--- the rear end is fresh out of a low mile fully loaded nice black 59 ford hardtop! they poked 2 forks into the side, raised it up & cut rear out!!! i believe they then wheeled the 59 over to the crusher & slammed it in! next time you see that 9" you'll have to bend over. it will be high gloss black, heavily pinstriped & under a 34 ford!

--- FRANKIES THE OFFICAL POSTER!!! THANKS MAN!!!!!! if we get together & keep frankie busy postin pics all the time we all may have a chance yet at all those pumps waitin to be found out in the wild!
i wish i had even 1/2 of a beatles hair dew!!! LOL!!!....... you dont see grass growin on the highway though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

like that showcase from the farm....my hair is GOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEE! & hats are cheap!!! LOL!

i dont know the year of the pump. looks like maybe a 1936? ---- how do you tell what year it is? anyone know? tag says:60S---29364BDN ---------- its got the 2 buttons by the nozzle to turn the pump on/off. is that newer or older 60? the pump was yellow at one time. maybe was shell originally?

No,
I'd rather paint it with a brush or roller. Looks more original than a highgloss pinstriped hotrod gaspump.

Can't find my Blue Book, but with the on/off buttons, it is the later version [no more broken fork on/off switches].

thanks. I GOT LUCKY! i found that 60 around the beginning of the year. i posted a pic then, (my first post.) i was just now movin it from storage to the garage. i figured id knock it apart since i needed to sand blast that rearend, so i thought id blast up the 60 to.
but i just ended up cleanin it up & puttin glass & faces in it for now. --- that A38 was found 7-8? years ago in kinda the same area. i also got an "n-tane" script top from that same area also when i got the A38.

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
THATS MY SECRET AREA TO HUNT PUMPS.
and dont ask me where it is!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!
