Morgan How about recasting all the parts, Repop the faces with Ron and cut new sheet metal, Sell the parts to all the people drulling and retire? I would be willing to pay big $$ for a repop marked pump if it was that nice. Just an idea. Rob

Actually, the story is not that exciting. A friend of mine in the pump repair business got it off a farm not 10 miles from where I live.
Over the years we talked trades and finally I got him to turn loose of this and a 15" Marathon Ethyl globe in exchange for a Fry 117 with glass, a Fry Tall Ten without glass and an American 8 sided frame and skins.
At the time it sounded like a fair trade. Today I'd throw rocks at someone offering me that same deal for my Erie and Marathon!! LOL
