I finished putting the trim and glass on the doors and hanging them today. I got this pump last November and has been a fun pump to do. The ID tag on this pump says 565A but looks more like the 557 in Jack's book on page 114 instead of the 565 on page 115. Anyway, this is the pump I need some TYDOL ad glasses for. See my ad under "For Sale" for dimensions and description. I also need another 16.5 globe lense if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. I think I'll have someone make me a square magnetic decal for the door. Any offers?
Thanks to Ron Scobie for making the sharp face plates.
Anyone have a pump like this one numbered as 565A?
Thanks to Doc for posting some pics of my pump when he has time.
Rod

Rod.
That is one nice pump man. A fellow I work with did one of these last year, it turned out great, it was his first pump. I will post a pic of it.

Hey Rod, here is my friend Gerry's pump. Check out the cool mural he did on the wall behind. It's of his Dad's old station/Dodge dealership north of here.

Rod, you did a great job on that Bowser! Very Impressive. I'll be back in Oregon in a couple of weeks, I'll check for ad glass for you.

Nice Pump. You got to like those style Bowsers. My first pump was a 575 I did up in Phillips 66.

Drive with Care and Buy Sinclair!! I buy Sinclair globes, signs, cans, ect.

Thanks guys for all the kind words about my 565. I agree there is something about a BOWSER most everyone likes. I have a 575 done in HARLEY DAVIDSON and may get a JOHNSON globe and plate to interchange once in a while, also a 595 Rollaway that I plan to do as POLLY. My 575 sits on a taller base than most and has a roll up hose contraption in the base. Anyone have one of these?
Ken, tell Gerry I really thought his Bowser looked AWESOME especially with the cool mural behind it. It brought back memories of the '46 Dodge Powerwagon my Dad had and the Case Eagle reminded me of my first tractor a '29 L CASE. I have a '30 Dodge coupe, so really think Dodge stuff is special. Thanks for posting the pics.
Thanks also to Gatorgaspumps for showing me how he made his own TYDOL ad glasses for his Bennett. I hope he does a thread on that topic here. I may have to resort to making my own too.
Thanks again to Doc for posting my pics and to say I'm still looking for TYDOL ad glasses.

Rod
