Looks like a ballooon bike, most of which were no longer made after 55, so I would put it at 60 or earlier. I collect bike stuff and really like that sign..

Good  Morning, Larry.
I got a globe a couple of weeks ago but never sent a pic to be posted.  As you can see, it needs a pair of lenses and a metal 6 inch screw on base.  I also found a cast iron gas/oil tanker/trailer on EBAY that replaced one that was lost many years ago and matches my tractor perfectly.  My Mom and uncle shared this toy when they were kids.  I have been looking for this tanker for many years.  My 83 year old mother is as excited as I am about finding it.
