Oldoil, the pump plate is fairly common and sells for about $100-$150 for very nice ones.

Thanks Gary. There is a vendor at the Atlantic City Show with a lot of Gulf pump signs. He is asking 150.00 for the "That Good Gulf" sign. I'll go back and try to make a deal with him.

Oldoil, keep in mind that original signs are 10 1/2 inches in diameter. This version is repoped in 12 inches. Good luck.

This image was emailed to me by John Nutile. John found this sign at an old dump site about 25 years ago and it has been in his cellar since. Can anyone tell him anything about it like age and what it could be worth?

This is a flange sign from the 1920's. Although, I have seen some for sale recentley in the $700-$800 range, I think $400-$500 is more realistic.

HERE'S THE SMALLER 19" LIGHT-UP THAT I RESTO'D A FEW MONTHS AGO. WHY IS IT ON MY TOILET TANK YOU MIGHT INQUIRE?....BECAUSE I CAN PUT IT THERE! (MY HOUSE...NO WIFE)! NEXT IS THE LARGER 33" LIGHT-UP...THIS ONE IS IN MY DINING ROOM...NO CANDLE-LIT DINNERS FOR ME...DOES THE JOB JUST AS SWELL! HERE ON MY BACKYARD FENCE IS A 1960'S 6' TALL D/S PORC SIGN. I HAVE 2 OF THESE. THE OTHER ONE IS IN MY SISTERS GARAGE! THIS ONE IS THE LESSER COND OF THE 2 WITH SOME TOUCH UPS: I ALSO HAVE 2 OF THESE 75" SQUARE PLASTIC LENSES THAT ARE CURRENTLY IN USE ON GULD STATIONS TODAY.
