Just picked up this sign and I'm not for sure what it is. Thought it was a lubster topper originally, but really not for sure. Is it bent the wrong way at the flange? Any idea of a value?

The pepsi sign cost me 40 cents and I can get you one too!

Sign went on line behind valve leading to storage tank with that product in it, at a bulk plant or terminal.
