Just got this baby back from Memories Restored and thought I'd share it with you guys. It really turned out beautiful. I wish I could do them this well myself, but I just don't have the time or the talent with metalwork or paint. Never paid attention before, but these things are huge up close. Hard to imagine a time when these were commonplace. I spent most of my youth growing up watching pumps get to be smaller and more square ugly things. It would be nice if the pump companies of today would make something like these cost effective for stations to use. Oh well, enjoy.

Man... I should've kept one of my 70's! Nice pumps!
I remember the good old days when gold was worth more than rust!

Thanks for the kind words. I know Mark at Memories was really proud of this one. If you are having a pump done, I highly recommend his work.

Thanks Mark, AKA archimedes
My wife and I delivered this Wayne 70 last weekend to N Ga..it was great to be in the mountians with all the fresh air and beautiful sites...we picked up a Bennett 541 to restore next for Mark in HC Sinclair..the Wayne 70 is huge, it seems to grow even more when you are doing the bodywork and paint..we also installed a motorized computer system on this Wayne 70 to turn the computer when you pull the nozzle trigger

I'm not all that partial to Wayne 70's, but this one knocks me down. BEAUTIFUL!!! I've seen Marks work and he does an excellent job! Congrats.
