Hi all. Co-Worker's wife works for a place that is remodeling and they found this sign in the wall. I am trying to get another photo of the lower right-hand side as I think there may be a date there...maybe. But, thought I would ask the group if anyone knew anything about this sign...dates used, is it common???? Think it is panted steel and not metal....but, still trying to get more info. Value not as important, but if you have thoughts on that I know they would appreciate it.

Diamond Tires by B.F. Goodrich was an active brand in the 1930's. I don't know about the prior or latter years, however. John

Thanks. Yeah, BF Goodrich merged with Diamond tires in the teens to expand their factory capacity with the growth of the automobile industry. This sign has a 60s feel to it...but, trying to get a picture of the lower right-hand corner as there might be a date on it.

Well, I got some more pictures, and it was made by a local sign shop here in Butte. Can see the lines. I told the owners that not being an "official" sign it is not as valuable, but may have value from a local interest, etc. Doing research as to what was in that building prior to current and last occupants.
