[b] Vintage 1920s-1930s Michigan Automobilia Framed Collage - Found Just Like it Sits.

An exceptional piece of early American automotive history and regional Michigan ephemera. This unique, custom-framed display brings together authentic promotional and regulatory documents tracking a local dealership through the Golden Age of the automobile. The collection centers around "Carl Schopp Auto Sales," featuring prominent vintage stenciled lettering alongside an early 5-digit phone number (27-491), localized stencils for "Auto-Loans" and "J.J. Burkeins," and a rare period newspaper advertisement for "The New Indian Winter Gas" ("Have you tried It Yet?").

Framed securely behind glass within a rustic, wide-profile wood frame, the centerpiece of this lot is a chronological sequence of four original, official Department of State Licenses to buy, sell, or deal in motor vehicles or parts within the State of Michigan. The sequence includes:One (1) 1926 State of Michigan Dealer License (featuring its original blue seal)Two (2) 1928 State of Michigan Dealer Licenses (featuring original green and yellow seals) One (1) 1930 State of Michigan Dealer License (featuring its original orange-yellow seal)Condition:The documents exhibit fantastic, authentic character with expected age-toning, gentle creasing, and bold, distinct state seals. The wood frame shows minor superficial shelf wear and character marks consistent with age, complementing the historic nature of the collection. A superb display piece ready for any garage, office, or automobilia collection.Dimensions: 24" x 34". This item appraised for $250.00, so I feel my price is reasonable.

The center clipping advertises "The New INDIAN Winter Gas — Have YOU tried It Yet?" Indian Gas was an early independent brand of petroleum refined and distributed across the Midwest during the interwar period.
