"I was wondering if you could post this picture of my latest purchase. Does anyone know what this came off of? It is 21 inches in diameter, heavy guage metal, a 3/4 inch flange, and looks like it might have had four tabs for bolts on the back side of the flange. I don't think this was merely a sign, but rather a part of some other item."
