The attached photo shows a Spur station in Smyrna, TN in 1966. It shows the sign and pole structure with the price panel attached. The Premium/No Stamps panel was designed to fit over the Regular on the sign. The reverse of the base panel reads "Clean Rest Rooms" in the event that no price display was wanted by the dealer. I found the complete set, together, with the base panel, premium/no stamps panel, and number set, in a Spur station in Luck, WI about 25 years ago.
