First I am not looking to BUY a part, only get it loaned directly to Ron Scobie at gaspump.com to copy - I am willing to compensate you or supply you with additional parts as needed.
My Hayes visible has the RODS for the hail screen - the problem is the TOP that Ron currently has made is not large "wide" enough for the rod holes and he needs a copy of one that has the holes. The diameter is about 15" if I recall my measurements right and the non hole top is like 13".
