Loyd, It was the reason I asked for clarification? With all transport companies that I have worked with, once they sign your paper work accepting the item, it becomes their responsibility? I usually set the item off at their warehouse dock....they sign for it and they move it, load it, whatever to make the delivery? An honest determination here will help clear up any misgivings. Paul
