We're very happy to now have this original painting of "Bud's Texaco on DeSoto Main Street" on our wall. It was done by Nancy Reimler, based on a photo I took years ago before the building was remodeled.

This was an Oldsmobile and Harley Davidson dealership back in the 1950s. I have great memories of talking to Bud back when the business was in operation. It is now restored as a historic tourist attraction. Two buildings and the attached service bays were removed at that time.
