I did one of these about 4 years ago. To do the top, I cut 2 tops up and welded them together to form the wide top needed and as someone already mentioned, I cut 2 bases apart and welded them together to form the wide base. I'm just a flunky when it comes to welding and body work but it really turned out well. I'd post the pictures of it but I don't have them stored in my computer, only on my phone.
