Dont really know but pretty common pump to not use. The image standards (which I dont think are all inclusive) didnt show a Tokheim but I think the gas stations did whatever they wanted to do within reason. Cant imagine a gas distributor telling a station to change their pumps or rejecting a station because they had Tokheim pumps.

I like to check out these image standards but I really think these stations didnt follow them closely.
