Hello there. I have been doing some research into this vintage piece, but I think I have exhausted Google. So far I believe this is one of a set of Pennzoil "Be Oil Wise" garage/desk items from the 1930s. It is heavy, about 3 lbs, made of bronze/copper colored metal. The tray is Art Deco style with the three Pennzoil owls and the motto "Be Oil Wise." The bottom is covered in green felt. It definitely has age and wear, but is in overall good condition. I have dusted it but I didn't want to damage the finish, so I have left the patina and kept it free of any cleaning products.
Measurements: approximately 7" long, 4" wide, 1 1/2" tall (tray) and 4" tall (owls).

Any ideas on value or simply more information would be much appreciated, thank you.
