With Halloween coming up it is only approriate for the company sign of the month to be Phillips 66 with it's early black and orange colors. With the success of the Texaco sign of the month we hope to have good participation with this company from Bartelsville, Oklahoma as well. If anyone needs helps posting pictures email me and I will post for you.
