Nice plate. Has a few small nicks on the blue border and some surface scratches that are hard to picture. You can faintly see a scratch under the "N" and around the "OD" in GOOD. All grommets have dirt and gunk around them. I had scrapped a little bit with my finger nail to make sure it would come off but hadn't attempted to clean it.
