I joined on here recently because I am new to the hobby and enjoyed shopping around and seeing what others had. I have also seen a lot of people receive useful information on here about items they are wanting to acquire or already own. I recently acquired a pump I plan to restore but after many hours on the computer searching I haven't came up with much information. The pump is a 10 gallon visible pump. it says it is made in Dayton Ohio by national recording pump co. Model 710. Any information would be greatly appreciated. It would not allow me to upload pictures, If it would help you help me e-mail me at aaronquinn99@yahoo.com or text me at 937-479-9265 and I will send them. I am not looking to sell this item.

I don't have the cylinder. I can prob buy it from the guy I got the pump from if I try. Any information on this will be appreciated. What year it might be, whether or not it should be restored, value, anything at all. I couldn't find anything out about this

Go to the Search box and type the following "National Recording" and several posts will pop up, including reference to color sales brochures that Jack Sims sells. Ron Scobie sells repro parts.

I do not have even a mention of the 710 in all my literature. Can I use the picture in my 3rd Gas Pump ID book? If so, please send me your first and last names so I can acknowledge your contribution.

Thanks in advance,

Jack Sim
