Hello! A picture from Luxembourg of my Gilbarco air meter in Sunoco colors...

My question- what height is a typical wall mount bracket set at? Strangely, there were never any wall-mount air meters in the Grand duchy of Luxembourg!

I'm pretty sure they were wall mount air meters in Luxembourg but, like most things in Europe most of them were removed from gas station and destroyed or recycled for metal purpose

I got mine not really far from you in Spa, Belgium and mine has a wall mount base on it

While many think a service station owner or lease worried about every piece of equipment he installed, this was not true. I was a Shell dealer, and I didn't care where Shell put a air meter that I was to use, and while I am deeply into gas pumps, I do not remember who made the pumps that were in my station. At the time, I didn't care, I was more concerned with how I could attract a customer to come into my station for anything, all while I could go out to the front of my station and see five other stations trying to do the same thing.
I can show you pictures where a ECO is mounted at the bottom of a Wayne 70, meaning next to the ground.

I don't want to be smart about this, but this was not a concern when the meter was installed, and if I can remember 45 years ago, I don't even remember if there was a meter, I think we just had a hose laying on the ground.

ECO or Gilbarco literature does not have a suggested location for a wall mounted meter.

Hey Jack, yes that flea market is the antique market of Tongeren, it's really close from where I live ( 20 minutes ) I go there sometimes but the prices are now quite really high but I found some nice items there a few years ago, for the moment I don't go much in flea market but try to go directly in automobile show and swapmeets here in Belgium, it's the best place for the moments to find petroliana signs and oil cans
