Guy wants $750. Deal or no deal?

Forgot to say that the sign is an aluminum sign he had made for the business. Not a hidden treasure. Would be a no brainer at that point.

Is that loaded on your trailer?

I wouldn't call the price a 'deal' since it's still attached to the ground, but currently the value of a good pole is in that range. A few years back that price would be ridiculous, but if there is no real damage and it only needs paint then you're not overpaying for it.

Removing the pole at your own cost will add extra to your investment of course, but that depends on what you have available or if you know someone or have to pay someone to take it down/haul it.
