Rob good to see the pumps dusted off and assembled outside with station lighters on. Nice grouping of the old decals from SoCal companies. How did Rio Grande come to be in California?

Hello Randy, I am not sure how many I have total. I stopped counting years ago. This is part of my collection I have one more garage with more clock faces etc.collecting these is very addictive haha

Thanks Fred! Rio Grande was a lower level brand of gasoline introduced by the Richfield oil company. As you know Richfield was all over California.

Rob - Great video. Thanks for dragging all those pumps out of the barn. Just found this photo of my uncle with a Tokheim 36B from the 1930s. This photo, and seeing your pumps, moves the 36B pump to the top of my very long list of pumps I'd love to own. - Jack J.

Since that pump has an external visigage, I think it's a Tokheim 36. The 36-B has an internal sight glass in the face of the pump.

Hello Jack,
That is a cool photograph of your Uncle and the pump. Jim is correct you need to find a 36 with external visi. Actually I prefer those over the 36B as far as looks . The 36 came has an option of three different tops. The one with your uncle is the four ad glass top which is difficult to find. They also had an all steel non ad glass top, and a milk glass top. I have been blessed with finding and collecting all three versions for my collection. The outside visi imo is an added bonus! Thanks for sharing!
