Sean lived in St. Paul, MN a number of years ago. He came out to my house 3-4 times to buy parts. In Aug. of 2023 he called looking for a few more. He told me he had moved to Las Vegas
on Boulder Hwy so I sent the parts to his new address. He never paid for them. When I called to remind him of the past due invoice he hung up on me. My emails went unanswered.
He ignored the Neighborhood Justice Center's attempt at mediation. I took him to small claims court and received a judgement in my favor on 1/23/2025. No payment has been received
as of today's date. I don't know if he has ever posted on this site but he is on social media.

Not sure how it works in MN, but in Washington state even though a judgement in your favor sounds great, our local court system is not a collection agency and as such there is little recourse to collect the judgment. Hiring an attorney might work, but the cost could outweigh the amount of the judgement. From personal experience - it sucks!
