Are both grommet configurations on these signs ok?

So they made this sign with 2 versions with and without bottom grommets...what about the upper grommets being different locations?
They both look right?

Mine is like the first photo you posted. The grommets are 24” apart. Mine is the painted metal version. I think Retro’s is porcelain. I guess the only one I haven’t seen is the one with the offset grommets but on that one the design looks right to me.

And I’m looking for that Factory School Graduate sign if anyone has one or knows where one is.
