Hello gang.

Here is the little Kerosene dispenser I got from Dwaine a few months back. This is the 'before' shot.


Here's the solid brass pump mechanism after I got through polishing it.

Since this was originally from a Seaside bulk plant, I decided to keep it a Seaside unit. The piece was originally galvanized - but the cost to have the galvanization re-done was a bit more than I wanted to spend. So I sand-blasted the tank and shot it with my favorite 'hammer-tone' silver. I think it looks pretty good.

Holy Cow, the last time I seen that tank it was leaving Oklahoma City. You did a great job Jim. I couldn't find the deepth gallon gauge rod. thats what that small hole is for. theres a rod that goes to the bottom, it has marks on it to tell the gallons. and a round plate with a knob in the center to cover the bowl. no one will ever no. it does look great.
