Ran into quite a few things the last two weeks
 
1. My customers purchased the property where the Wadhams gas station that Glen posted on 1-15 under general discussion. Although I don't know what to do with it I purchased the clock that was still up in the peak of the pagoda





I also found a nice collection of globes and pump plates along with a 40's candy machine and juke box. I am getting close to completing the deal on a assortment of clockface pumps. Thank you to all the e-mailed me about my post earlier in the week as by getting rid of some of them, it allows me to do the deal.



Last is the find of the week, I was in the attic of the property I purchased and found the original box that the Purple Martin globe came in. Happy hunting! and I will keep everone posted on the clockfaces.

Sorry, Doc didn't know who this was, but im Jeff Anderson/ Milwaukee, Wi - Doc posted a story for me in October on purchasing the old Ao smith estate after purchasing a huge collection of signs and globes, it was a story on how this hobby changed my life- it is under a "short story for old gassers" I just have had a good run of beginners luck, and this hobby has totally changed the course of my life with that purchase. To all of the other beginners that have been posting, I encourage you to keep looking because all kinds of things can happen and you can meet some great people!
