Primarily Petroliana Shop Talk Forums Shop Talk Petroliana Forums Online Auctions, eBay Craigslist Petroliana Theif stole my money and lied to paypal

I bought these on ebay. I havent recieved them yet,so I filed a claim with paypal. Seller not only said I had recieved them,but I had left feedback. You can see that I havent.. Here is the link..

It's not our job to call someone a thief based on hearsay. Here's what to do..

1) Ask the seller for proof of shipping. Any shipper's receipt will provide enough information to determine if your items were shipped. Even the USPS receipts show weight and destination zip code. If the seller did indeed ship your package, he should have this documentation.

2) If you paid through PayPal, contact your credit card company, provide the details and have the charge reversed. If you didn't use a credit card, you're limited to the help you receive directly from PayPal (and let this be a lesson to always use a credit card when paying through PayPal).

3) Contact eBay with the details. It's a small dollar item but it's still fraud.

If you can't get action from eBay or PayPal, leave the seller negative feedback.

I agree with Pablo except for the negative feed back,he then in return will more than likely leave the same type of feed back for you.Not worth it, based on one deal that i had go bad and i left negative feed back.Thus my ONE bad feed back with over a thousand GOOD feed backs!!

Wait till 30 seconds BEFORE the 90th day to leave feedback. Feedback or reply cannot be left on an item after 90 days [unless ebay has changed it].

The guy has 16 negatives. Best not do business with sellers that operate this badly. Check their feedback, before bidding! Just my 2 cents.
