I am just finishing up the restoration of a Wayne 615 visible pump and was wondering what I should put on top - a Red Crown golbe or Red Crown? Ideas?

This pump originally would have had the metal bodied globe or the one piece crown with raised lettering "Red Crown", Solite", "Ethyl" around the bottom. But whatever you like will be OK, as the pump would have been in service for many years and probably had several different globes on it. Remember that Standard globes had 7" bases, even the metal bodied. So if you are going with original globes, make sure your globe holder will accept these.
