I'm looking at a 1950 Wayne pump for sale. It's quite small (48" high) and is apparently known as a "jukebox" model because of the huge glass panel over the computer dials. Anyone shed any light about rarity/price etc. or have any photos of this thing?

hope you can help

Morgan

Hi Morgan, please post some pictures of the pump and we wil be glad to help ID it. If you do not know how to post pictures have your son James do it as he is pretty good with this computer stuff. Don

The number in ebay.uk for this cute litle pump is:190033178829 so maybe someone will have a glance at it and post some advice.P.S it's soooooo heavy that no-one in the US should bid as it will cost an arm and a leg to ship....!This is the only way I can get you to see it Don as James ain't in my office!

Quick boys it goes off in about eight hours!

I'd say it's a Wayne 420 as seen on page 334 of Jack's pump id book, which also says 1959. Does not show a globe on it in the book, and looks recent for a globe pump, to me anyway.
