Today I found this can, which I never saw before. I did some online research but I dont seem to find anything about it. I want to know the story behind this can/brand but I am at a dead end right now. Does someone ever encountered one of these?

Good Day
I have never seen the can that you have. In the west the UFA Co-operative used the Maple Leaf name for a trade name. May be an affiliate. Or could be just another small Canadian Oil company, there were literally hundreds of them over the years. Good Luck in the search for information.

I agree with Johnny that it may be a Canadian Oil Company. I have never seen this can but I have seen cans that are close to this that are Canadian cans.

HI! MAYBE YOU COULD POST A PICTURE OF THE SEAM SIDE THAT USUALLY HELPS WHEN DATING A CAN. TO ME LOOKS TO BE 1930'S-40'S.
I LIKE THE GRAPHICS AND COLORS! WOULDN'T MIND ANOTHER IN MY COLLECTION. AS FOR VALUE? IT'S KINDA ROUGH BUT VS. SCARCE OR RARE IT STILL MIGHT BE ABLE TO COMMAND A DECENT PRICE ONCE YOU WAX AND SIMONIZE IT!
