It got a bath and covered it with wd40, no more cleaning on my end. Hanging it on my shop porch... DONE !

I dont know the correct terms but, the glaze is all gone on this sign. I gave it a bath and reallly no way to clean the letters, cause the porcelain seems to be all gone. It looks like you are seeing what would be under the white letters. The blue has no glaze either. SO... what, if anything can I put on this to give it some kind of shine, before I hang it on the porch ?? Thanks Bill

There is a product you can get at home depot/lowes called Feed-N-wax. It's a bee wax mixture that will make the sign darker. However you will need to reapply every now and then since it will fade away. It really works.

I was told when you clear a sign with car clear coat you should turn the pressure down. Below the normal 30 psi. In order to give it the gloss. From what im told. Wax and greese remover should work fine. Tyler
