This is just a little of whats there. Im going to have wait until fall so I can see whats hidden in the brush. Heres what I found there today. If you know what it is, let me know. Im digging up a very old gas station. What Im finding may not be gas and oil related, I have no idea. However, it is coming from a 1910 station that is covered with brush and thorns. What ever I find,Ill put on here. I have no idea if its part of the station or not. It could be what your looking for. Im going to post pics of the actual station.
Many Thanks

Well you'ren doing a good job. I have no idea on value but you might hit it big yet! Thats the fun part! Not sure what the old horn is from but its cool and the Root Beer sign looks like it could clean up real nice. Too bad someone cut a corner off because it looks like a really old sign!

Back then, they would sometimes use old signs or old oil cans for wall patching. Be sure to check between walls and another spot was roof patching!

Im more then willing to share anything I find on this property. But the first one that says its not oil and gas, can exclude themselves from it. Ill offer it here before I post it anywhere else. First compaint, Im gone. Its out of a very old gas station. These people that ran them, posted signs way before we started collecting them. What im posting is exactly what was there.
so your gonna threaten not to show or sell if somebody says something not to your liking? keep it! and good riddance!
Looking for gas,oil related clocks, especially neon and spinners .clock repair available. Mick

People get way too bent out of shape over nothing. This is non-petro and I think the stuff shown is awesome. Keep the pictures coming, who knows what will come out of this place.

Sometime between 1900 and 1908, The Galveston Brewing Company began to produce and sell a line of soft drink syrups which it sold under the brand name "XXX". The company's chemist developed an extensive array of flavors, such as root beer, ginger ale, strawberry, lemon-sour, lemon, orange, chocolate, cream soda, sarsaparilla, cream, grape, and apple-juice. The brand's United States Patent Office registration statement noted that the trademark had been continuously used since at least as early as April, 1908.
