To purchase to own, not resell, what would be fair price to pay for this double-sided, porcelain sign? My camera did not do justice to the colors. Actual coloring very nice and bright. Some scuffing on the porcelain and obvious chips, but very straight and heavy. Approx. 29 1/4" wide and 29 1/2" high. Other side is of equal condition.

I'd put this in the $300-450 range. Could go either way outside those numbers too but not too much on either end.
