todays question is... is it possible to put new number stickers on the wheels with the shutters still on the computer? or can someone tell me how to to remove the shutters or how its done, thanks.

I have had to pop the shutters off - do not recall how I do it, but it is real easy - just look at them - you can pop one side off real easy. I do not even think I had to remove any screws.

I do take the computer top off the gear head / base by removing the 4 bolts to make it easy to handle.
