Iam on a new venture decided to polish a Traffic signal this is the top peice 2 more sections to do Do you think there would be a market for these I have no idea were to go on pricing and you guys would know if iam on to something thanks

Wow. Now thats certainly different. Cant say ive ever seen someone do that to a traffic light. Im sure there would be a market for them! Looks good.

The time it would take to do one correctly you'd have to sell em for 1000 bucks to Mae any money so no not really a market.

What did you do? Strip all the paint off and are now polishing it? I agree with chad I doubt there would be much call for those at the price you would have to get. But I guess you never know til you try. Good Luck it does look good.

Nice job but, in my opinion, there is a limited market for that sort of thing. If you research the sale of traffic lights, you'll see them go for around $100.00 each. Not enough money in it for the work you are doing. Regards, Paul www.severngaspumps.com

alot of good advice here and i do thank you for it i just never seen one there always painted yellow or green i thought maybe a rat rodder would like these for a show but i have been wrong before when i get it done i will repost when it is lit up

You have a novel idea, with polishing the lens hoods and body of a traffic light.... As the others have mentioned, I believe your "target audience" will be very, very small....
I was one of those who, before circumstances changed my economic condition, owned a few cars for display.... I had a couple of traffic lights that worked in sequence in the displays....
I wanted the lights to be part of the display, but to fade into the background and wanted my cars to be the main attraction...
Honestly, I think most muscle car, street rod and restored car owners feel the same way.... The emphasis is always on the cars, everything else is background.... And background should never compete with the cars.... But things are changing, I keep reading and hearing.... So, I may be wrong.... I look forward to seeing the completed light.....
