With help from this board, I've identified my pump as a Wayne model 90, but when going to all of the pump restoration websites, I'm finding it hard to find any parts on the model 90, and impossible (so far..) to find a replacement plastic top.
Does anyone know where I can find a replacement top or if any other model will fit ?

Pics of the pump found in the post : "Can anyone identify this Wayne pump"

Thanks for any info.

The Wayne 90's that have been through here were interchangeable with the M&S 80 & Wayne 80's.....most of the parts fit.....hope this helps.

You could probably make several things work...

1. Fix the original top with filler, fiberglass, etc.
2. Use a script top or ad glass top and restore it to Mobil, Conoco, or Sunoco.
3. Use a normal wayne 90 (or 80?) low dome top, IF the frame permits.
4. Convert it to a "cyclops" top - a high dome type top with sight glass. You'd have to ditch the side sight glass if it has it.

Just a few ideas...

Maybe someone could even make you a "script top" that has no script... Just a solid one, in fiberglass?

I'd personally fix the old one.

I pulled both the 80 and the 90 parts books and this is what I have found:
80 Scrip tops, part number 13250
90 Scrip tops, part number 41742
80 tops with ad glass, part number 15314
90 tops with ad glass, part number 16333
80 tall blank tops, part number 13632
90 tall blank tops, part number 13689
80 low blank tops, part number can't find
90 low blank tops, part number 1-41943 (plexiglas, red or green)
Since they were made so close to each other, I see not reason they had different part munbers, other than they were different parts.
I never had a 90, so I was never able to see if a 80 top fit on a 90 or a 90 top would fit on an 80. Has anyone out there tried this?
The 80s were made starting in 1951 thru 1960, but the 90s were only made between 1956 and 1960, so it appears that a lot more 80s were made than 90s, this must be why you don't see them that often.

Here are some interesting facts about the 80, and this may be true about the 90, but I can't confirm it:
1. You could buy individual replacement letters for the script tops, you didn't have to buy the complete script insert.
2. Ad glass panels for the 80 were available, straight from Wayne, in the following: Blank, Pegasus, Mobilgas Marine, Mobilfuel Diesel, Metro Gasoline, Mobil Kerosene, Pep 88, Ethyl, American, Amoco, Tydol, Tydol Ethyl, Diesel Fuel, Gasoline, Sunoco Dynafuel, Brand, and Blue Sunoco.
3. Wayne offered the pump signs, already attached to the pumps for the following: Mobilglas Special Shields, Mobilgas shields: Sun Oil Co., Sunoco trim stips, Sunoco Diamond, etc.; General Petroleum Corp. Mobilgas and Mobilgas Special shields; Continental Oil Co., Conoco Demand, Ethyl and N-Tane Shields; and Pan-American Oil Co. Premium gas shield, Quality gas shield.
4. I once had an 80 with a fiberglass or plexiglass? tall plain top on it. Original?
5. Did you know, that Wayne offered the 80 in 17 different models.
By the way, I have Repair Parts manuals for both the 80 and the 90 if anyone is interested.

M&S didn't make a Skelly script top. Conoco, Mobil, and Sunoco only.
