I came across a Sincliar sign with a aluminum frame. It's 60 inches across the top of shield and 44 inches across the bottom. It says Sincliar in redish orange, with the green dino. underneath.
The size looks to be about a third or forth smaller than the popular 5'x7'
Can any one give me a ball park value (good Cond.) and how rare? I can't seem to find much imfo. on It.
Thanks Much for any help.
Butch

That's the 3x5 smaller version. I don't think it's an aluminum frame. Those are more valuable than the bigger ones. I sold a minty one for 1350.00. Musta been a little cheap cause it was to a picker. Get it and post pics!

It probably does have an aluminum frame around it. I had one a few years ago with the same type frame. Those were used in the very late 50's in to the 60's, possibly later...

I bought the sign, thanks for your replys.
I still have a couple questions, can I take the Alum. frame off to strip the paint?
Dale, do you remember the Approx. price you got for It or what the going price Is? It's about a 7-8 grade.
Thanks Guys,
Butch

In my area, I think for a 7-8 grade sign that $600-700 would be about tops. The ring on the sign I had was split into three pieces and it was removable. Don't know if someone did it that way or if it was factory made to come apart...Dale
